Tormaresca Calafuria Rosé – Italy – 4.50|9.00|13.50|40 –  Calafuria is a rosé wine made from the Negroamaro grape by Tormaresca in Masseria Maìme Estate, which is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Upper Salento. The estate extends along the Adriatic coast and covers an area of about 500 hectares, 350 of which are planted with vines and 85 with olive groves. The wine was first released in 2008 and in just over a decade it has become the most loved rosé in Italy. Peach petal pink in colour, this wine shows intense yet delicate fragrances of strawberry, pink grapefruit, peaches and violets. The flavour is fresh and balanced with savoury notes and excellent aromatic persistence.

Ripe juiciness explodes on the palate, quickly followed by refreshing minerality and lingering notes of white flowers, honeysuckle and lemon zest.

St Christopher Riesling – Germany – 3.50|7|10.50|27 – Sheer tones of lemon, tart pineapple, and lime invigorate the nose and palate of this feather-light Auslese. Its juicy tangerine sweetness makes it refreshingly gulpable, but the dust of pollen on the finish lends nuance.

Outlier Pinot Noir – California – 7.50|15|22.50|60 – Our debut release is a brilliant ruby red color offering complex aromas of chaparral, cherry blossom, rhubarb, cranberry, forest floor, mint, and truffle. An exuberant swirl of red and black fruit is at the forefront on the lushly-textured black cherry, boysenberry, blackberry, and Cara Cara orange-flavored palate. Supple, dusty tannins and uplifting acidity add depth and freshness, respectively, to the wine while savory iron, mocha, and rose hip notes chime in on the finish.

Finca Nueva Crianza Rioja – Spain – 6|12|18|50 – Bright red cherry in color with pronounced aromas of cassis and ripe red fruit, on the palate, this wine is clean, complex and elegant. On the palatte it’s chewy and dark, but not heavy and soupy. It has a lot of energy to it; a really vibrant, raw, honest Cabernet.
